Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 27 March 2026 | Quick Lead
Quick Lead is committed to making our website and app accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of disability or assistive technology.
Our target standard
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across our marketing website (quicklead.app) and the Quick Lead web app.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML5 structure with proper landmark roles (nav, main, footer)
- Skip-to-content link for keyboard users
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
- ARIA labels and
aria-expanded on expandable components
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for body text)
- Responsive design that works from 320px screen width upward
- System font stack — respects user font size preferences
- All emoji used as decorative — screen reader impact is minimal
Known limitations
- The Quick Lead app is optimised primarily for mobile use and is currently in Beta. Some complex flows (e.g. invoice preview, job sign-off) may have limited screen reader support. We are actively improving these.
- PDF invoices generated by the app are not currently tagged for screen readers.
- Some decorative emoji in the marketing site may be announced by screen readers — we are reviewing this.
Technical approach
This website uses no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. It is a static HTML/CSS site with minimal JavaScript, which means fast load times and low cognitive overhead.
