Quick Lead is currently in Beta. Features may change. We appreciate your patience and feedback during this period.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Quick Lead ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Quick Lead provides tools to help tradespeople and small businesses manage job emails, bookings, invoices and related administration. The Service is provided "as is" and we may update, change or discontinue features at any time, particularly during the Beta period.

You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for legitimate business purposes to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at trial@quicklead.app if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Your job records and business data are stored on your own device. We do not claim ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details of how we handle any personal data.

8. Third-party services

Quick Lead integrates with Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and VoodooSMS. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not liable for any issues arising from those third-party services.

9. Payments and cancellation

After the free Beta period, the Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. No refunds are issued for partial months already billed. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Quick Lead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Quick Lead against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
